Claway is built with privacy at its core. We believe your personal data and AI conversations are yours alone. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

We collect: your email address (for account management), payment information (processed securely by Stripe), and infrastructure metrics (CPU/RAM usage for billing and performance monitoring).

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, access, or store your OpenClaw conversations, files, automations, skill data, or any content processed by your AI assistant. Your instance runs in an isolated container we cannot read.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your instance is isolated from other users at the infrastructure level.

AI Training

We never use your data to train AI models. We never share your data with AI providers or third parties for training purposes.

Data Deletion

Upon account cancellation, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.
