2. Description of Service

Claway provides managed hosting for OpenClaw instances. We provide infrastructure, maintenance, and support for your personal AI assistant deployment. We are not affiliated with the OpenClaw open-source project.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service and any content processed through your OpenClaw instance. You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, harassment, or generating harmful content.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund policy on first purchases.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not access your conversation data or files. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Claway is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages.
